It appears there is an issue with users who have their language and region format settings set to anything other than English. The app will crash when you try and press the first three icons on the Summary screen.
The fix is fairly simple. In the app, go to Settings -> User Diet settings, tap edit, and then make sure your Start Day of the Week is in the language set for the devices ‘Region Format’. If not, select the Start Day of the week and select the day from the list presented.
Thanks to a user in France for helping me track this down and find this work around. The fix for this will be in 1.7, but will only work for new users.
